Nuclear Medicine

Dr. Guttler does outpatient radioiodine therapy to just ablate the remnant after cancer surgery, but also does 150 Millicurie dose that can now be done as an outpatient for radiation therapy for thyroid cancer.

He does Radioiodine therapy for large non-toxic goiters, as an alternative to surgery.
Of course he has been treating Hyperthyroid disease either from Graves' or Toxic Nodular Goiter in his office since 1974.

He personally performs all studies, with no technicians. He uses Thyrogen for testing cancer patients, and also for off label use for cancer therapy.

He also does off label Thyrogen stimulated non-toxic goiter radioiodine therapy to shrink goiters.
